Red Ryder Clutch Purse - medium

Red Ryder clutch purse was created by kiu Designs for Valentine's Day but its original inspiration was mainly from my childhood.

The color and print combo reminded me of a fun and whimsical childhood and flavorful lollipops.  Or maybe not my own childhood, but an ideal one.



Like all my clutches, I created an inner pocket, but this was the first time I switched it up by using the outer fabric for the pocket.  It was actually completely by accident but I found this technique created a great contrast.  It doesn't seem like rocket science, but still, I'm surprised I hadn't thought of it sooner.

The name was derived from the movie, "A Christmas Story," which was one of Ralphie's singular Christmas want.  I was hoping that would translate to my customers too!

Good thing Red Ryder is a one-of-a-kind clutch purse.
